Besides the fireman’s primary directive to protect life and property, what else drives an individual to become a firefighter? For some, it’s the sacrifice for the town they love and live in. For others, it’s the desire to build a better and stronger community. Others do it to protect their friends, neighbors and family.
It’s never an easy answer to define what makes a person do what they do. But hopefully, this video will give you a glimpse into the lives of some of Neptune Township’s firefighters and why they do what they do.
